hlwBeauty may offer EMI (Easy Monthly Installment) or installment payment options through partner banks and payment gateways. This policy explains how EMI works when available on our platform.

EMI is subject to availability and may apply to selected products and order values as per our payment partner and bank terms. Eligibility depends on your card type (credit/debit), bank, and the minimum order value set by the bank. Not all orders may qualify for EMI.

• At checkout, select EMI as payment option if available for your order.
• Choose your bank and tenure (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months).
• Interest and processing fees (if any) are as per the bank’s terms.
• Repayment will be charged to your card in installments as per the selected tenure.

• EMI is facilitated by our payment partners and banks; hlwBeauty does not extend credit.
• Refunds for EMI orders will be processed as per the bank’s refund policy; the bank will reverse or adjust EMIs accordingly.
• Disputes related to EMI charges or eligibility should be directed to your bank or our payment partner.
