Refund Policy

At hlwBeauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cosmetics and beauty purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we offer refunds in accordance with the conditions below.

• Product received is defective, damaged, or expired
• Wrong product or shade was delivered
• Product is unopened and unused, returned within 7 days of delivery
• Order was cancelled before dispatch

• Opened or used cosmetics (hygiene and safety)
• Products without original packaging or seals
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
• Returns initiated after 7 days from delivery

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for purchase (e.g., cash refund for COD orders as per our process). You will be notified once the refund is processed.
